1 You must make a Bankruptcy Payment at your 341(a) Meeting of Creditors or your case may be dismissed. Personal Checks and Cash will not be accepted.
2 Purchase any of the following payment types from the U.S. Postal Service, Western Union, Bank or Moneygram.
- Money Orders
- Certified Checks
- Cashier’s Checks
3 Make your Bankruptcy Payment payable to “Chapter 13 Trustee”.
4 Put Your Name and Case Number on your Payment.
5 Bring your Bankruptcy Payment to your 341(a) Meeting of Creditors.
